The HECHT PRIME city e-bike is a reliable bicycle designed for everyday use both in the city and in rural areas. The low frame allows easy and comfortable mounting and dismounting. While riding, the pedalling is significantly assisted by an automatically activated electric motor, helping you climb hills without effort. Operation is just as simple as with a regular bicycle — the assistance is activated with a single button press, and the electronics take care of the rest. The motor starts helping only when you begin pedalling, and it switches off when you stop. This makes the bike suitable even for senior users.

The e-bike is ideal for daily commuting to work, shopping, visiting friends, or leisure rides around the area. Using the buttons on the left handlebar, you can choose one of five assistance levels or switch the assistance off entirely. With assistance, climbing hills becomes easy — even those that challenge experienced athletes.

The bike is equipped with a spacious front basket and a rear rack. Under the rear rack is a modern lithium-ion battery that allows up to 60 km of riding on a single charge. Operating the e-bike is simple: all functions are controlled using three buttons on the left handlebar. A long press on the M button switches the bike on or off; a short press cycles through display information. The +/- buttons adjust the assistance level (five levels in total).

A useful feature is the walk-assist mode. By holding the minus button (–) for about two seconds, the bike enters a mode where it moves at approximately 6 km/h — helpful when pushing the bike uphill. The walk assist works only while the button is held; it stops immediately when released.

The lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 11.6 Ah / 418 Wh at 36 V. Charging a fully depleted battery with the included charger takes around 5 hours. Motor power is 250 W. The maximum supported speed is 25 km/h; once this speed is reached, assistance automatically switches off and reactivates when the speed drops below 25 km/h. Therefore, the bike complies with road traffic regulations in the Czech Republic and most EU countries.

The maximum range on one charge is up to 85 km. The bicycle can also be used without assistance, but because the motor with its internal gearing is integrated into the rear hub, slight resistance is noticeable. This e-bike is a great solution for people with health limitations or those unsure of their fitness level. Compared to a traditional bike, it allows you to travel without fatigue — you can arrive at work or school without sweating.
